March 12 - Parlay House | San Diego: Discovering More Joy + Connection Through Improv

As we become "adults" we often lose the playfulness that brought us joy as children. Many of us get stuck in our heads, thinking about the next thing, instead of being really present.

So, let’s get out of our heads and reconnect with that carefree, fun spirit together! At this exciting SD event, we’ll be re-learning how to play — via improv. Improv is not just a theater form, but a wonderful way to unlock more joy through play and more connection through intentional presence. We can’t wait to learn from improv comedienne, sketch writer, and filmmaker Angellyne De Perio, who performs and teaches regularly at Finest City Improv.
